Stephen Nicholas Froehlich is the owner and founding proprietor, and a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University, Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Class of 1983. He has worked in public/private accounting firms for almost thirty years, with a diversified background in domestic and international taxation for both individuals and businesses, government and HUD auditing, financial statement preparation and review, tax planning, representing clients for audits with the Internal Revenue Service and State of New Jersey. He has worked extensively with a wide variety of industries, including real estate, professional services, retail sales, nonprofit organizations, construction and trade contractors, and health care providers.

From 1983-1993, he worked with several small to medium accounting firms, and in 1993 elected to become Chief Financial Officer of Hacker Industries, Inc. an international corporation which produced, manufactures and distributed medical instruments.

In 1996 he opened the current proprietorship servicing a wide and extensive variety of individuals and businesses.

In 2007 he received the Certified Fraud Examiner designation, specializing in forensic accounting services for a wide variety of individual and business needs, providing assistance and litigation support to attorneys on divorce cases, mediation, misappropriation of assets for businesses, and locating missing or hidden assets.
